Deirdre holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology/Behaviour (DCU), Bachelor of Education & English (DCU/St Patrick’s College of Education), British Psychological Society accredited Occupational & Personality Psychometric Testing qualification, Postgrad Dip. in Event Management, PR & Social Media (Fitzwilliam Institute), Postgrad Dip. in Employment Law (DBS) and a Postgrad Dip. in Management & Leadership (UCD). Deirdre is dedicated to ongoing professional development and is a strong advocate for lifelong learning.

Deirdre’s huge passion & interest in careers, business, learning & development and work/organisational psychology developed when she realised that a career in teaching was not what she wanted for her future. She had no idea which career direction to go, was lacking in confidence and went to visit a career coach herself. With the support from the career coach Deirdre transitioned out of primary school teaching into a career in business where she now works for the most successful social media/tech company in the world. She has since become an expert in all things careers, business/entrepreneurship, corporate training and employee psychology. Deirdre has worked in various industries and roles, helping her hone and expand her skillset.

Deirdre has worked with 1000+ clients over the years, achieving excellent results using her signature method & structured approach. She is fully committed to coaching individuals & teams to ultimately find work they love to do and overcome any internal or external barriers preventing them from thriving & progressing in the workplace. Similarly, Deirdre is invested in mentoring and empowering businesses to start, scale and succeed.
